This six-week course is an open studio for intermediate to advanced students who are interested in working independently, but enjoy the company of fellow artists. In past studios, students have shared a variety of techniques and practices, creating a rich environment for learning. The course will focus on individual coaching to help students explore composition, seeing values, creating light and shadows, and developing new techniques. The ultimate objective will be to gain a greater knowledge of the media and grow as a watercolor painter. Online registration closes four business days before class begins. You may also call 262-636-9177 to check for class availability, and to register, Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Classes meet at RAM’s Wustum Museum, 2519 Northwestern Avenue, Racine.
