Ward 7 Harvest Festival
Over the past five years, The Harvest Festival has become a fall tradition with families and leaders East of the River. “Each year, the Harvest Festival give people an opportunity to relax, have one-on-one conversations with community organizers, and take the time to learn more about our community,” says Nikki, KonsiderDis executive director. “We are happy to give everyone a chance to catch up with 150 of their neighbors.”
The festival is not just for kids. Visitors can find a variety of business and organizational booths that promote family enrichment, entertainment, farm animals, seasonal food demonstrations, and, of course, games and activities for the whole family.
KonsiderDis is a safe, supportive, and empowering hub for family development through multidisciplinary arts education, financial literacy, health and wellness, and other community resources. We rely on donations and sponsorship to fund events like the Harvest Festival, Together We Eat, and Healthy Helpings.
