Walking with Your Whole Body: A 3-Week Series


Walk as if your feet are kissing the earth. ~ Thich Nhat Hanh Join The Yoga Sanctuary for this unique 3-week series to better understand how we walk and what you can do to keep walking with stability and ease for years to come. This series will lead you through movements, exercises, and yoga postures that will help you become a stronger, more balanced, and supple walker. In addition to the techniques explored in class, you will receive supplemental daily practices to continue your walking journey at home. Practices will focus on aspects of mobility, strength, and balance—all necessary for a whole-body approach to walking well. Open to all levels, no experience necessary. Join us for the whole series or just a single week!
