Walk With Us: Support Survivors at The Center for Sexual Assault Survivors Walk In Their Shoes 2026
Join us for Walk In Their Shoes, a casual community walk dedicated to raising awareness and support for survivors in our community. This event is an opportunity to come together, show solidarity, and help ensure The Center can continue providing vital services to those who need them most.
The walk will take place Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Peninsula Town Center in Hampton, VA. Participants of all ages are welcome to attend.
This is a casual event, and we encourage everyone to dress comfortably and wear appropriate walking shoes. Whether you come as an individual, with friends, family, or as part of a team, your presence helps raise awareness and support an important cause.
Every step taken during Walk In Their Shoes helps The Center continue offering free services, including victim advocacy, individual counseling, support groups, community outreach, hospital, court, and law enforcement accompaniments, advocate trainings, and a 24/7 crisis hotline.
