Volunteer with AARP New York’s Legislative Patrol
Our mission at AARP New York is to empower people to choose how they live as they age, and we need passionate advocates like you to help us achieve this goal.
Legislative Patrol volunteers participate in activities in and around the Capitol in Albany while the New York State legislature is in session. In addition, we have year-round opportunities to engage with local and elected leaders and to educate the community on issues important to the 50+.
Join us at the William K. Sanford Town Library on Thursday, September 18 at 11 am to learn more about our advocacy efforts and how you can get involved. Your voice can make a difference!
