This is a guided experience where:
•You explore the power of your own voice through simple call-and-response & breath awareness
•Sound vibrations from Tibetan and crystal bowls restore balance and relaxation
•Reiki energy gently supports healing—physically, emotionally, and energetically
Most of us are running on stress, overthinking, or exhaustion. This session gives you time to pause, reconnect, and reset.
This is a co-ed event and accessible; chairs are provided for those who can't get on the floor.
