On Wednesday, May 14th join Lincoln Park’s Vinci for their unforgettable May Wine Dinner.
Start the evening with Tuna Carpaccio with fennel and arugula paired alongside Arneis, an aromatic white dry wine with notes of florals, pear, citrus, and apricot. Next, prepare to enjoy Vinci’s Spaghetti with ricotta and peas, sipped with Valpolicella wine, with primary flavors of sour cherry, cinnamon, chocolate, pepper, and almond. For the evening’s main course, delight in Chicken with mushrooms and wine. Served with this course will be Barbera wine - red and dark fruit flavors like cherry, raspberry, and plum.
For dessert, indulge in Almond Cake with a dried fruit sauce.
