Vinci January Wine Dinner
On Wednesday, January 8th, join Vinci for their first Wine Dinner for the year in partnership with Villa Pillo Wines!
The delicious four course meal begins with Ribolitta, a classic Tuscan soup that's traditionally made with white beans and vegetables, paired alongside Cinghiale. The next course invites guests to savor Gnocchi Gnudi with mushrooms and zucchini, to be sipped with Cypress Rosso. The evening’s main course consists of Flank Steak with Fiorentina with black beans and kale, and a glass of Borgoforte. And for dessert, Pound Cake, with mascarpone and blood orange sauce.
Dinner begins at 7:00pm, and is priced at $63 per guest, tax and gratuity not included.
