Join us on Thursday, August 15 at Detroit Public Theatre as we dive deep into the rich history and dynamic world of hip-hop. Beginning at 7pm, you're invited to test your knowledge on everything hip-hop! Whether you’re a casual fan or a true hip-hop head, there’s something for everyone. After the trivia ends, be captivated by hip-hop monologues peformed by actors in the BRED Hip-Hop Theatre Fest and community members who want to show off their skills! These performances will bring to life the voices and stories that hip-hop theatre celebrates, blending narrative and verse in a way that only this genre can.
