VANCOUVER MALL TO HOST ‘NATIONAL SHARE THE WARMTH DAY’ CELEBRATION
Vancouver Mall, a lifestyle shopping center providing shopping, dining, entertainment and a host of services to residents of Southwest Washington and the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan area (www.ShopVancouverMall.com), will celebrate National Share the Warmth Day on Tuesday, October 21st, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the MyPerks Lounge. During this special event, guests can donate new or gently worn coats to help local residents stay warm this winter, participate in a spin-to-win prize wheel, enjoy warm beverages, and take part in family-friendly crafts, including a decorate-your-own coat activity. This celebration is part of the One Warm Coat “Share the Warmth” coat drive, a nationwide campaign sponsored by Centennial Real Estate, owner of Vancouver Mall, in partnership with One Warm Coat and Love Our City. The drive runs October 1st through December 31st, with collection boxes located at the SEE Centennial Donation Dropbox (under the escalators near Macy’s), the Vancouver Mall Management Office, and select participating retailers. Monetary donations are also accepted online (click here to donate), with each $1 donated warming one person. This event is free of charge and open to the public; no pre-registration is required to attend.
