Valley Runners and Saucony Group Run
Join Valley Runners and Saucony at The Joy Lush Club for 3 mile group run around the neighborhood and Murphy Bridle Path.
Saucony will be on-site with shoes for runners to use during the group run. If you are interested in testing out a pair of Saucony, please arrive early to swap out your shoe. There will be a limited number of shoes in each size.
Date: Every other Thursday
Time: 6:30 PM
Distance: 3.5 miles with options to run more or less
Pace: All paces are welcome
Registration: No signup needed, just show up
Cost: Free
Please remember to hydrate with water and electrolytes. After the run, enjoy $1 off beer and $2 off wine by the glass. Even if you can't make the start of the run or are injured, please feel free to come and hangout after the run.

Parking
The Joy Lush Club offers a free self-parking lot for all customers. Find us in the Camel Central Plaza just west of Central Ave. If the Joy Lush Club Parking lot is full, use the parking lot directly west of JLC.
Light Rail (Valley Metro Rail)
The Joy Lush Club is located across from the Central Ave/Camelback Valley Metro Light Rail stop.
