Valentine’s “Surf & Turf” Dinner at Hyatt Regency Hill Country
Springhouse Cafe at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa is hosting a special Valentine’s Day dinner on February 14 and February 15.
The meal begins with an artisan greens bouquet salad served with strawberries, candied pecan
goat cheese medallions, and a strawberry champagned vinaigrette. The entrée dish features a
grilled petit filet and scampi-style shrimp with caramelized lemon beurre blanc served with
dauphinoise potatoes and broccolini.
The meal concludes with a dessert of a chocolate ganache tart with a raspberry mousse and champagne gelee. Each person who orders the special meal also receives a complimentary glass of champagne to complement their dining experience.
The Springhouse Café Valentine’s Day dinner is $55 per person. Reservations are required and
can be made by calling (210) 520-4000.
