    02/14/2025 05:00 PM 02/14/2025 10:00 PM America/Anguilla Valentine’s Day Meal at Tarpon Bay The meal will be available on Friday, February 14 between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. It will include the following: • Chef’s Welcome Amuse: Moondancer oysters with watermelon mustardo and white fish caviar • Second Course: Burrata and peach jam with fresh figs • Entrée: Classic “Surf & Turf” featuring a 4oz filet mignon and Maine lobster tail served with Duchess potato and broccoli rabe • Dessert: Passionfruit tart with toasted meringue The Tarpon Bay Valentine’s Day dinner is $85 per person or $110 with an added wine pairing and welcome cocktail.
