This Event has Passed
The meal will be available on Friday, February 14 between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. It will include the following:
• Amuse Course: Duck prosciutto-wrapped asparagus
• Second Course: Local Lyoni Farm’s mixed greens salad with watermelon radish, heirloom tomatoes, and champagne vinaigrette
• Intermezzo: Peach bellini with a brut floater and mint
• Entrée: Tanglewood’s signature Surf & Turf featuring braised short rib, spiced jumbo shrimp, Florida rice grits, and fresh vegetables from 12 Season Farms
• Dessert: Passionfruit tart with toasted meringue
