Built around ingredients long associated with romance and indulgence, the menu leans unapologetically luxurious, opening with oysters crowned with caviar and grapefruit, followed by bigeye tuna with pomegranate and hibiscus, langoustine with asparagus and black garlic, Chilean seabass with artichoke and soppressata, and a Copperstate Ranch ribeye finished with demi-glace.
