Vaccine Pop-Up Clinic
Protect yourself and your loved ones by getting vaccinated against the flu and Covid-19 at this pop-up clinic. Vaccines are available for ages 12 and older. Flu vaccines are free with insurance; Covid-19 vaccines are free and do not require insurance.
The pop-up clinic is offered through a partnership between Sunnyside Community Services and Hopkins Drugs and Compounding. The clinic will take place at Sunnyside Community Services, 43-31 39th Street, Sunnyside, NY 11104.
