When we step onto the yoga mat, we often encounter various tools that can enhance our practice—blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets. But what are these tools? Why do we use them? Are these tools really necessary for our yoga practice?
Join us for a fun and informative session and delve into the many ways these four main yoga props can elevate your practice. Led by TYS teacher, Anna Martin, you will discover techniques to seamlessly incorporate blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets not only into your yoga classes but into your home practice as well. In addition, you will also learn how props can help to safely improve your access to more advanced yoga poses, deepening your personal yoga journey.
This workshop is open to all levels. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, you'll leave this workshop with valuable insights and new practical applications of yoga props. Opportunities for deeper exploration may continue through private sessions.
