Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. has partnered with Susan G Komen Race for a Cure and the American Cancer Society for almost 15 years. This year, 2025, we invite you to join us in raising money for cancer research during Theta Zeta Zeta Chapter’s 5th Annual Silent Virtual Auction: Bid for a Cure! Zeta Phi Beta Sorority is an international, historically African-American sorority founded in 1920 by five women at Howard University. Zeta is a sorority that helps raise the consciousness of our people, encourages the highest standards of scholastic achievement, and fosters a greater sense of unity in the community. Members believe that sorority elitism and socializing can overshadow the real mission for progressive organization since the founding of Zeta Phi Beta we have historically focused on addressing social causes. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. is a nonprofit 501C (7) organization that is divided into eight intercontinental regions and 800+ chapters located in the United States, Africa, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. During Bid for a Cure, we auction fragrance baskets, memorabilia, services, and food items. All items have been donated generously by wonderful people like you and all monies raised goes directly to the charities. The bidding begins at 7am on Sunday, April 27th, 2025 and ends after our live programming, featuring guests who will talk about cancer prevention, on Sunday, May 4th at 7pm EST.
