Debbie McCann-Call will lead attendees in a guided meditation, “Twin Hearts.” Meditation is a practice that uses mental and physical techniques to clear or focus the mind. It promotes a sense of inner harmony, calm, and peace. In addition, meditation can help people relax, reduce stress and anxiety, and more, depending on the type of meditation.
