On Wednesday, June 9th Tweed Restaurant and Bar hosted a private pre-opening cocktail & dinner party for Philadelphia notables & guests. Restaurateur Edward Bianchini and Chef David Cunningham’s new hot spot offers classical food with a modern twist using fresh, organic and local ingredients. Tweed is located on 12th street between Chestnut & Sansom. The restaurant officially opened to the public on June 10th.
