Tree of Life Pickleball Tournament
The event is scheduled for 10AM-5PM. Prior to the tournament date, your start time will be communicated.
$75 Registration Fee includes up to two events, one t-shirt, and one towel. (There is an additional, non-refundable fee for software use of $5 per event. This goes directly to Pickleball Brackets).

Players must register by June 11th to guarantee the appropriate shirt size.
FORMAT:
All games will be Round Robin.
Based upon the bracket size, the games will be to 15 or 11 points winning by 2.
SKILL LEVEL:
Beginner: 3.0 and Under
Intermediate: 3.5
Advanced: 4.0 and Above
PRIZES:
Medals will be awarded to top finishers.
Additional Information
Tree of Life Ministries (TOL) is a faith-based nonprofit with the purpose of reaching out to the poor and needy in Loudoun County through our Food, Lifeskills, Healthcare, Shelter, and Relief branches.
Life Time Ashburn-Sterling is an indoor air-conditioned facility. There will be a café and locker room available to participants. Players will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival at the facility.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify event formats as needed to maintain a viable competition.

*Please also ensure Emergency Contact and Address are completed within your Player Profile.
Refund Policy
Withdrawals requested on or before June 19, 2024 may be eligible for a full refund less any event or administrative fees.
*All registrations will be considered a donation, therefore, player requested withdrawals will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Any withdrawals requested after June 19, 2024 will be non-refundable.
