Pre-registration is not required. The Torrington/WBDC Small Business Grant Program, launched in 2023, offers eligible businesses grants for clearly defined projects that will have a measurable impact on their business, growth, and profitability. To date, the program has awarded more than $76,000 in grants to eight Torrington businesses.
