Veronica Hinke, author of two culinary histories about the Titanic, will take us back in time by exploring the dishes enjoyed on board this famous ship—from first-class delicacies, to the plainer fare of third-class passengers. This program is sponsored by Beyond the Page, the Madison Community Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Humanities. It is hosted by the Stoughton Public Library, but will be held in the Fire Department Training Room. This program is for adults (ages 16+). Visit stolib.org/titanic for more details.
