Stone-Axe Wagyu “Baseball Cut’ Top Sirloin, 8 oz. Center-Cut Filet Mignon for $69 from August 25 through Sept. 5. Guests have the choice of a chopped house salad, steakhouse wedge salad, classic Caesar, French onion soup gratinee or lobster bisque. Followed by a choice of 8 oz. center-cut Filet Mignon, 10 oz. stone axe Wagyu Top Sirloin, petite filet mignon with shrimp, miso-glazed sea bass along with one of the accompaniments, parmesan & truffle matchstick fries, sour cream mashed potatoes, truffled cream corn, cream spinach or roasted jumbo asparagus.
