The Wonder of Christmas Bazaar & Crafts Fair

The Wonder of Christmas Bazaar and Crafts Fair returns to Our Lady of Good Help/ Shrine of the Little Flower at 35 Dion Drive in Burrillville, RI on Friday, November 21st from Noon to 7:00pm and on Saturday, November 22md from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The Fair will feature holiday crafts and decorations, various raffles, entertainment, and delicious foods all weekend. An extensive collection of holiday decorations, including nativity sets, tree ornaments, garlands, collectible nut crackers and hand carved wooden carol singers will be on offer along with many beautiful handknits like baby blankets, scarves and hats, all of which make great gifts. This year’s Penny Social features over 40 gift cards from local businesses, curated gift baskets assembled by our religious education families, and some surprises. Other raffles will include the ever-popular cash raffle, a 50/50 raffle, a mystery wine raffle, and the 12-Days of Christmas raffle, with a $500 Christmas Day grand prize. Entertainment this year includes Bingo! both Friday and Saturday at 3p. On Friday Christmas Carols with contemporary Christian singer Missy Ducharme will be featured from 5pm and Saturday will have a Festive Wine and Cheese party from 4-5:30pm. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Christmas Bazaar without delicious food! Our kitchen will be serving up hotdogs and hamburgers, French fries, chicken fingers, and assorted soups & grilled cheese. We’ll also have local favorites Dynamite sandwiches and Grape nut pudding. The Sweets and Treats table returns with a wide assortment of tasty snacks including hand-dipped chocolates suitable for gifting. The Wonder of Christmas is among the largest fundraising events undertaken by Our Lady of Good Help and the Shrine each year. The parish is especially grateful to the local business and organizations that support this event with their donations. All of the Bazaar tables are manned by volunteers, all of the sale offerings are donated, and 100% of the monies collected go directly to support the Church. Our volunteers are eagerly waiting to greet our guests for a fun and festive weekend. We look forward to seeing old and new friends. Join us for festive fun and support local businesses.
