The Winery & Deli's One Year Ribbon Cutting
The Winery & Deli, located in Clocktower Village just east of Westroads, is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a ribbon-cutting on Tuesday, December 19 at 4:30 p.m.
Representatives from the Omaha Chamber will be on hand to cut the ribbon with owners Holly Jones and Julie Hockney. The public is invited to the event that will include live music and samples of the wine and deli offerings.
Started in Omaha in 1986, The Winery, located at 741 North 98th Street, was a favorite lunch spot for many for more than 30 years until it closed in 2019. The wine shop and deli provided a quick casual option before it was the popular thing to do, and exceptional service was its specialty.
The new owners have a passion for great food, fun venues, and a love for getting people together. Their synergy has reimagined The Winery—building upon its previous strengths and creating what is sure to become an Omaha staple once again.
