Anne Sterling, former President of the Virginia League of Women Voters, the International Association of Torch Clubs, The Torch Foundation, and charter member of the Fredericksburg Torch Club offers her reflections on historic governors of Virginia, and will ask the audience for their recollections and personal stories of Virginia governors.
