Leatherface and his family are back, business is booming, and their latest target is radio DJ Stretch (Caroline Williams). Meanwhile, former Texas Ranger Lefty Enright (a truly unhinged Dennis Hopper) is out for revenge. Packed with gore from Tom Savini, music by Oingo Boingo, and pure Cannon Group mayhem, TCM2 is loud, funny, and gloriously over the top.
