The Tamás Nagy Ekspérience!
Tamás, guitarist and vocalist was born and raised in Hungary. Growing up in Budapest, he was influenced by traditional folk, gypsy jazz, and classical music. He has played in various bands in Europe and the US and has evolved a unique musical style.
The group's drummer, Jared Johnson, was raised in a family of musicians and has been playing since childhood. His career has taken him all over the US with a wide variety of acts, including performing with Grammy-nominated blues artist Bryan Lee. While he is a highly versatile musician, he is currently focusing primarily on fusion and jazz music.
On the acoustic bass is Jack Berry, also known as one of the extraordinary Garbage Men. Jack loves and plays many genres of music. Jack has a long history with jazz. In high school, he received the prestigious Louis Armstrong Award for Jazz Excellence. He has performed jazz in a variety of combos and played at the Montréal International Jazz Festival.
