THE SHOPS AT WALDORF CENTER INVITES THE COMMUNITY TO ITS SIXTH ANNUAL SPOOKY FALL FEST
The Shops at Waldorf Center, an open-air lifestyle shopping center located just minutes from the Capital Beltway in Waldorf, Maryland (www.theshopsatwaldorfcenter.com), will be holding its sixth annual Spooky Fall Fest event on Saturday, October 26th, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., including the festival (3 p.m. – 6 p.m.) and an outdoor movie (6:15 p.m. to 8 p.m.). During the Spooky Fall Fest, held throughout the center, children and their families can take part in fun activities that include a petting zoo, glow station, a strolling magic and illusion show, a costume contest, crafts, selfie stations, games, food trucks, and themed music by DJ Hef and DJ Jax. Children will be able to trick-or-treat at participating stores as well as at the classic car trunk-or-treat in the parking lot near DSW. When the sun goes down, families can enjoy an outdoor showing of the Disney movie “Haunted Mansion” (PG-13) in the parking lot by CAVA. Costumes are encouraged, but costume accessories resembling weapons are not permitted at this event. The Shops at Waldorf Spooky Fall Fest event and outdoor movie are free of charge and open to the public; no pre-registration is required. Crafts, candy and giveaways are while supplies last.
