THE SHOPS AT SKYVIEW INVITES THE COMMUNITY TO ‘SPRING FORWARD/GIVE BACK’ EVENT
The Shops at Skyview, a multi-level shopping destination in Flushing, Queens (https://www.theshopsatskyviewny.com), invites the community to its “Spring Forward/Give Back” event on Saturday, March 15th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. – the first weekend after daylight saving time – with activities and opportunities to “spring forward” with creativity and “give back” with generosity. During the event, guests will enjoy a special appearance by K-pop artist Song Seung Hyun (formerly with FTIsland), a spring fashion showcase with the latest spring styles, a live art installation that transforms recycled apparel into stunning visual displays, complimentary snacks and drinks (while supplies last), a custom patch station for guests making a charitable $10 donation, mini makeovers (pre-registration required), a charitable spring clothing drive arranged by the Queens Borough President’s Office in cooperation with Queens Public Schools to benefit at-risk area youth, and an immersive photobooth experience.
