THE SHOPS AT SKYVIEW INVITES THE COMMUNITY TO A HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR EVENT
The Shops at Skyview, a multi-level shopping destination in Flushing, Queens (https://www.theshopsatskyviewny.com), invites the community to a Halloween Spooktacular on Thursday, October 31st from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event will include Dracula’s Castle-themed stage decorations in celebration of the new “Dracula” movie, starring Keanu Reeves, to be released later this year. Guests can take pictures at the Dracula’s Crypt Photobooth located on Level 4 (from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.), go Trick-or-Treating at participating retailers (from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and show off their costumes during a Costume Competition on the Main Stage on Level 4 (from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Registration will be open on-site before 6 p.m.) Complimentary photobooth and print-out photos available on a first-come, first-served basis. A treat trail map will also be provided when guests arrive on site. Costume Competition winners will receive a $200 gift card, good at The Shops at Skyview retailers, as well as other vamp-tastic prizes. Schedule of Activities: All activities on
- Trick-or-Treat Trail: Guests can receive Halloween goodies by following the Trick-or-Treat trail map (available on Level 4) to visit participating retailers throughout the Shops from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Dracula’s Crypt Photobooth: Guests can take photos at the photobooth and receive complimentary print-out photos on a first-come, first-served basis located on Level 4 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Costume Competition: Show off your best costumes and compete in three age groups – 6 and under, 7 to 15, and over 16. Winners of each group will win a $200 gift card, good at The Shops at Skyview retailers, as well as other vamp-tastic prizes. Registration will be open on-site before 6 p.m. The competition will be held on the Main Stage on Level 4 from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
