The Shops at La Cantera Hosts SNIPSA Pet Adoption - Saturday, March 15
The Shops at La Cantera will host a SNIPSA pet adoption from 1 to 5 p.m., Saturday, March 15, Center Court, under the Heritage tree.
SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area.
SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core group of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides SNIPSA the opportunity to learn firsthand about the animal’s needs and behavior to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2006 and has re-homed more than 20,000 animals.
The Shops at La Cantera Pet Friendly Policy: Pets are welcome in common areas, except the children's play area and water fountains. Before You Go Shopping with your dog make sure your pet is on a leash and that you have up-to-date vaccination tags on the collar. If you have a small dog, using a carrier also is a smart way to go. Dogs at The Shops must always be under the control of their owner. Be prepared to clean up after your canine friend.
