The Saugatuck Rowing and Fitness Club Experience
Saugatuck Rowing and Fitness Club will host their first FREE Rowing Lessons and Fitness Classes “Experience” on Saturday, September 14, 9am-2pm. Geared towards those looking to learn more about this stunning lifestyle destination situated along the beautiful Saugatuck River in Westport, CT, the club’s experienced Rowing Coaches and Fitness Trainers/Instructors are offering adult and junior rowing sessions and 4 group fitness classes in the morning. ROWING SCHEDULE:
Have you ever wanted to try rowing or have your child try it? Come join us for a 1-hour rowing clinic. Students will start on the ERG to learn the rowing stroke technique and then transition to the boat. Come find out if rowing is the right sport for you.
