Detroit, MI — Monday, January 19, 2026 — The Preservation of Jazz Monday Night Music Series continues its powerful winter lineup with A Tribute to Jazz & Funk, featuring the dynamic David Brandon. This high-energy evening celebrates the fusion of groove and sophistication that defined one of the most exciting eras in modern music. The concert takes place at Aretha’s Jazz Café, inside the historic Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts in Detroit.
Doors open at 6:00 PM, with dinner service beginning shortly after. Sky Covington opens the evening at 6:45 PM, followed by hosting duties from Mike Bonner and the featured performance beginning around 7:30 PM.
