The Magnificent MileTM Art Festival: Chicago, Illinois

Hosted by The Magnificent Mile Association and 875 N. Michigan Avenue, Amdur Productions is thrilled to announce an exciting new art festival launching this month, The Magnificent Mile™ Art Festival! Located in the heart of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, the festival takes place throughout the plaza and sidewalks of 875 N. Michigan Avenue (previously known as the Hancock Building). More than 60 juried artists from around the country will be showcasing and selling their work at all price points and mediums including paintings, photography, jewelry, ceramics, wearables, fashion, glass, functional art, sculptures and more – a wonderful opportunity to purchase original art for your home, your office or yourself! The event is free and is easily accessible via public transportation. It’s also wheelchair and stroller friendly. Attendees are invited to bring their gently used wall art to the festival where it will be donated to the Chicago Furniture Bank, a nonprofit that distributes furnishings and art to those leaving shelters and moving into permanent housing. Several artists from this festival are participating in Amdur Productions’ Green Ribbon Project. Artists place a green ribbon on a piece of art in their booth, and if the piece is sold, 10% of the sale will be donated to Amdur’s charitable partner, which is the Chicago Furniture Bank. Michigan Avenue, also called The Magnificent Mile, is one of the most vibrant and successful commercial, residential, cultural and tourist areas of the world.
