“The Jigglewatts present: The Sands of Crime, A Burlesque Murder Mystery”
The Jigglewatts Burlesque Revue winds up the year in thrilling style with a dazzling and dangerous burlesque murder mystery show, “The Sands of Crime,” at 8:00 p.m. (doors at 7:00 p.m.) Thursday, December 28, 2023, at The Ballroom at Spider House, 2906 Fruth St. in Austin, Texas.

In the dead of winter, The Jigglewatts find themselves invited to an idyllic, tropical resort for mysterious reasons. Just as things are getting into full swing, this holiday turns lethal. Our guests have darker secrets; not everyone is who they seem, and some will pay the ultimate price… Selma Bawdy is our guide through this perilous paradise as we follow the Jigglewatts and their treacherous alliances. This ongoing burlesque residency at The Ballroom at Spider House features live music, comedy, drag, variety, and world-class burlesque performances in a swanky cabaret setting.
