Gregory (Clint Howard, EVILSPEAK) is the neighborhood ice cream man with a simple goal: to sell sweet treats to the local children. But the adults dismiss him, and the kids are terrified of him. Naturally, Gregory starts violently dispatching anyone who gets in the way of his happy day!
