P.O.S.H. is delighted to be hosting our dear friend and proud Chicagoan Jane Bertch, founder of the La Cuisine Paris cooking school, author of the recently published memoir, The French Ingredient. She will be signing copies of her book - an inspiring story of an American woman who had the gumption to open an English language cooking school in Paris, triumphing over naysayers and falling in love with a city along the way. Drinks, light nibbles, and door prizes to be provided!
