In this weekend retreat we will focus upon the Buddha's most succinct yet rich teachings on mindfulness from the Satipatthana Sutra, believed by many monks and scholars to be a direct path to realization. Taking a mostly experiential approach, we will actively contemplate the Four Foundations: Mindfulness of Body, Feelings, Mind, and of Life or Phenomena themselves.
New practitioners will find that this weekend lays a strong groundwork for practice and will provide all that that is needed to get started right away.
This program is open to everyone - there are no prerequisites.
