The Delray Jazz Collective Presents: The Music of Our Times
Fresh off its stunning debut at the Black Box featuring the music of Joni Mitchell, the Delray Jazz Collective for this genre bending excursion will take a magical trip into the world of the Fab Four, performing some of the Beatles’ great masterworks, as well as songs from their friendly rivals - the Rolling Stones - and other great classics and originals. DJC performs music that is a delight on the ears, a music both new and steeped in roots and traditions, and played with the virtuosity, freedom, and soul that lies at the heart of the group’s namesake – jazz.
