The Dash For Camp 5k Run/Walk
Commemorate Diabetes Awareness Month with us and Do The Dash For Camp! With juvenile diabetes diagnoses on the rise, more families than ever before need access to programming and experiences like those offered at Camp Hamwi.
Camp Hamwi fosters independence for young people with diabetes as they learn to manage their disease in a safe and fun environment. Campers leave Camp Hamwi empowered for future success in preventing poor health outcomes related to their diabetes. They also make connections with other youths living with diabetes, which is something they may not currently have in their daily lives at home and at school.
So sign up now for The Dash For Camp on November 11! Whether you walk or run the 5K, you’ll be helping provide critical resources to children and teens with diabetes. You or your company can also sponsor the Dash to show your support.
