The Clearing: A Private Retreat for What Comes Next You may have built a life and career that others admire, yet find yourself quietly wondering whether the shape of it still fits. Perhaps your work is changing, your children have begun lives of their own, or a long-postponed dream is asking for your attention. You can feel a next chapter approaching without knowing what to call it. The Clearing offers three days away from familiar roles and responsibilities to listen to what is changing. From November 6–8, 2026, six guests will gather at Wild Candy Farm in Wimberley, Texas, for a retreat shaped by land, art, movement, nourishing food, and honest conversation. This gathering is for leaders, founders, artists, and professionals who are accustomed to holding a great deal for others. Here, you can spend time with five thoughtful peers who understand how to speak candidly, listen generously, and make room for one another. You do not need to arrive with an answer or leave with a plan. What to expect Friday begins with time to settle into the farm, meet the group, and share a chef-prepared meal. On Saturday, we will move between yoga and sound, an immersive farm experience, creative exploration, conversation, unhurried meals, and time of your own to walk, write, or rest. Sunday offers movement or walking, breakfast, reflection, and a closing integration. The rhythm is gently structured and may shift with the weather and the needs of the group. Wild Candy Farm is a working regenerative farm set among 50 acres of wooded trails, water, and open Hill Country sky. The land is part of the experience, offering a different pace and perspective from the places where we usually make decisions. Your retreat investment includes two nights at the farm, all meals and refreshments, private-chef culinary experiences, yoga and sound, farm and creative activities, retreat materials, and a collection of local gifts. The Clearing begins at 4 p.m. Friday, November 6, and closes at approximately 11 a.m. Sunday, November 8. Travel to and from Wimberley is additional. The early commitment rate is $1,950 through October 18. The standard rate is $2,250 beginning October 19, subject to availability. Why an application? The quality of a six-person retreat depends on the people who gather. Host Monica Paredes reviews each brief application personally, looking for curiosity, discretion, emotional steadiness, and care for shared space. You will hear from her within five days. Monica is an integrative strategist and facilitator who has created immersive yoga, culinary, wellness, and creative experiences for more than twenty years.
