If you need to reschedule, you must notify us VIA EMAIL by 8PM the night before your scheduled class and you will receive a transfer credit valid for 60 days. Transfer credits CANNOT be extended. To cancel & receive the credit, please EMAIL us at [email protected]. If you no-show for a class (no matter the type of sickness or emergency) or email us AFTER 8PM the night before your session, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferable to others, but please notify us via email with the name change. NO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE and all phone calls/emails received after the cancellation deadline will simply be redirected to this policy. PLEASE NOTE: Fundraisers and Specialty classes (Project Pet, Wooden Board classes, DIY Classes, Charcuterie Sessions, Mobile Events, etc.) have individualized cancellation policies; please see those details on the individual event pages.
