The City of Scottsdale Celebrates Spring Training with Free Movie Under the Stars MARCH 9
And why wouldn’t it be? With so many bars and restaurants around Scottsdale Stadium, home of the San Francisco Giants, Old Town is the perfect place to catch a Cactus League game and then enjoy all the other many happenings in the area... such as a free movie under the stars event.
On Saturday, March 9, the city of Scottsdale is pleased to present a free viewing of the iconic baseball-centric film “The Sandlot” at the East Lawn of the Scottsdale Civic Center. Entry begins at 6:30 p.m. Food trucks will be offering light snacks and refreshments for purchase to enjoy during the movie, which begins at 7 p.m.
