The Capital Region's NYzipline - Zipline Tours & Adventure Pakr Announces Opening Day
SCHENECTADY, NY – NYzipline, the Capital Region’s premier destination for outdoor adventure, is proud to announce the official opening of its 2026 season on Saturday, April 25th. Located just 30 minutes west of Albany, the park is ready to welcome thrill-seekers and families back to the canopy for a season of unmatched aerial excitement.
Following a successful off-season of course enhancements, NYzipline is debuting refreshed experiences across its signature courses. From the serene heights of the Spirit course to the heart-pounding challenges of the Ninja course, the park offers seven distinct levels of adventure designed to inspire courage and perseverance in every participant.
“We are thrilled to kick off the 2026 season and see our community back in the trees,” said the NYzipline owner, Michael Cellini. “Our guides have been training hard, and the park has never looked better. Whether you are a first-time visitor or a veteran of our most difficult courses, there is something new to discover this year.”
Opening Day Highlights:
Full Course Access: All zipline tours and aerial challenges (Spirit, Courage, Glory, Inspire, Strive, Ninja and the Zipline Park) will be open.
Play & Stay Package: Introduction of our collaboration with Homewood Suites and Johnny’s restaurant, offering a complete adventure, lodging, and dining experience in Schenectady.
Expert Guiding: Certified guides dedicated per tour, ready to encourage, challenge and assist guests of all skill levels.
Reservations for Opening Day are now available online. Due to high demand for the opening weekend, guests are encouraged to book in advance.
