The Bob Wylde Trio


On April 26, 2023 the Wayne Public Library’s Lunchbox Learning program will feature The Bob Wylde Trio consisting of Frank Noviello, jazz vocalist; David Kingsnorth, jazz bassist, and Bob Wylde, jazz guitarist and band leader. The group will be playing classical jazz standards. Doors open at 12:00 pm and the program begins at 12:30 pm. The library is located at 461 Valley Road, Wayne, NJ 07470. This program is free and open to the public. The Wayne Public Library is a barrier free building. Bob Wylde, jazz guitarist and band leader has collaborated with many diverse artists including Marty Elkins, Jed Levy and Thomson Kneeland. Frank Noviello, the featured vocalist began his musical career at 5 years of age in Off-Broadway productions. His formative years as a jazz vocalist were spent in the Milwaukee area singing in concerts, festivals, clubs and television appearances. Frank holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the William Paterson University Jazz program where he studied with Rufus Reid, Norman Simmons, and David Berger. Frank has performed and recorded with many of the areas world class jazz players and appeared at such notable jazz venues as Birdland, Village Gate, Shanghai Jazz, Kitano and The Blue Note. David Kingsnorth, jazz bassist has performed with the John Abercrombie/Rob Scheps Quartet, Eliot Zigmund, Joshua Breakstone, Oscar Brown Jr., Richard Wyands, Frank Jackson, the New Jersey Ballet and the Orchestra of St. Peter by the Sea. He studied with John Clayton and received degrees in math and music from the University of California, Berkeley. He also received a master’s degree in classical performance from Montclair State University, where he studied with Linda McKnight. This will be a hybrid program. To come in–person, please register on the Wayne Public Library calendar by clicking on the date and title of the program.
