THE BILTMORE PRESENTS THE WORLD OF ORIN SWIFT IN ITS LATEST WINE-PAIRING DINNER SERIES
The Biltmore Hotel will host a sophisticated wine-pairing dining experience. The dinner will feature outstanding cuisine, curated by chef Vladimir Blans paired with a selection of wines by Orin Swift Cellars collection.
Orin Swift Cellars was founded in 1998 by Dave Phinney who first learned how to make wine while he was in college on a trip to Florence Italy. After he graduated, he landed a job with Robert Mondavi and a year later he created Orin Swift; Today the renowned brand includes a wide range of wines, from the iconic Napa Bordeaux blend Papillon to Zinfandel blend 8 Years in the Desert, Mannequin, Slander, and more. Orin Swift has made its mark among wine lovers of all levels across the globe, and now the Biltmore is pleased to present wine enthusiasts with this luxurious pairing and 4-course menu.
