Don't let the word "yoga" fool you—there are zero complicated poses, zero flexibility required, and absolutely no sweating. In this class, mastering the "art of rest" simply means learning how to do absolutely nothing. Your only job is to lie down, get comfortable, and let go.
Often called "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra is a science-backed practice that gently guides your mind into a state of deep peace while your body fully releases tension. For 60 minutes, you’ll get cozy with blankets and pillows while being guided through a soothing mental journey. It’s like a soft reboot for your nervous system, melting away stress and leaving you feeling deeply refreshed.
🌿 Who is this for?
Absolutely everyone. If you are exhausted, overwhelmed, or just need an hour of uninterrupted permission to unplug, you belong here. No experience is needed to practice the art of rest—just come exactly as you are.
🥤 What to bring:
Wear your favorite comfy clothes (sweatpants and cozy socks are highly encouraged!) and bring anything that will support your rest: yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, pillows, and water.
