This program is recommended for ages 13 and up, and all abilities are welcome. Participants should dress comfortably and are encouraged to bring a yoga blanket or exercise mat. Cushions and chairs will be provided upon request.
First session: 6pm–7pm
Second session: 7:30pm–8:30pm
Space is limited, and registration is required.
